Insurance
We will submit your insurance forms and apply any reimbursement to your account balance.
Staff
Our experienced staff is able to meet every patient's needs and will be more than happy to assist you with your dental and personal needs.
Financial
All payment is due at the time that services are rendered. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card. Upon approval, we offer interest free monthly payments through Care Credit. There is a 5% discount for cash or check payments and a 10% discount for patients 61 and older at the time of service.
Cancelation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
